Entergel Worldox Export to CD tool

This tool is designed to facilitate the structured export of documents, emails, PDF and other files stored in Worldox to a folder for burning to CD. In the process it generates an HTML index page, which can be customised to suit your business, of all the files which has clickable links to open the files and, optionally their versions.

Note the versions. If there is more than one version of a document then the system can build a clickable sub-menu for the versions like this:

The column choice and other aspects of the program are user definable via a simple interface. And system administrators can change the branding, colours and other aspects of the final layout to suit your business.

The exported files are assembled into a meaningful structure in an output folder and can be burnt to CD or uploaded to website for access by clients, court officers, other firms etc.
